Blood clots, heart attacks, heart growth in Aortic valve, which is rare...taken out during open heart surgery.

I live for today, and I have learned to use lots of relaxing breathing techniques to help through pain. I love to read magazines, take nature pictures. I have been given lots to deal with and I take each health issue at a time and conquer it.

My daughter has just been diagnosed with this after 7 years of pain,depression and extreme fatigue. I have had Lupus over 20 years and no doctor ever talked to me about this. Maybe this can help others not knowing what is wrong with them find some relief.
