Group Objectives

Participants in this group should explore topics defined by The Body theme. Be sure to remained focused on topics specific to managing symptoms of lupus, fibromyalgia, and APS. The symptoms of secondary illnesses and drug side effects may also be discussed. Additional topics may include diet, exercise, physical therapy or assistive devices. Explore home remedies, herbal and nutritional therapies here. Information submitted is subject to TOU and any Disclaimers posted over the network by contributors. It should be reviewed with medical doctor.

The Network will grow according to the content submitted by members
. Members contributing any blogs, media, etc. on The Network relevant to this theme should include "body" in tags in order to search for collaborators on this topic. With prior approval of contributing member, relevant submissions may be featured by this group or used for future projects.

The Group members will be directed to collaborate on content related to its theme. Our primary goal is to collect content for network widgets representing each network theme. Discussion area will be give specific topics or questions to focus contributions.

Group Project

First project of this group will be to expand content to cover additional topics and include member contributions on an updated featured widget representing The Body theme.

Process for Widget Project:

  • Step 1: Assign group members specific topics.
  • Step 2: Group members make contributions on assigned topics (post blogs, video, photos) IMPORTANT: add appropriate tags, 'disease', etc.
  • Step 3: Update widget featuring collaboration of everyone's contributions.
  • Step 4: Repeat process over continuing to expand the information.

To volunteer on projects Members should join group to receive topic assignments. Members should monitor the group discussion threads dedicated to their assigned topics for instructions and status of our collaboration.

Please do not hesitate to send or post questions and suggestions. We are all attempting something new.
